In the kitchen, where everything served in our dining room originates, our chef Inge Andersson reigns.

For many years, Gästis Matsalar ('Gästis's Dining Halls') was an institution in the dining scene of Varberg. The dining room with a view of Engelska parken ('the English park') is nowadays entirely reserved for our hotel guests.
At six o'clock in the morning, we open up the doors to our breakfast buffet, where you will find everything from pickled herring and eggs to juice, yoghurt och muesli. Everything that a morning should bring. Coffee, biscuits and daily newspapers are available all day.
An afternoon on the beach may require just as much energy as a hard day at work.

Back at Gästis, our appreciated evening buffet awaits you, always with two home made main courses, bread, delicacies, beverages, coffee and biscuits. The supper is served at no extra cost and is available all evening.
Conference guests and other dining parties are also offered specially put together multicourse menus, all based on the guests' own requests.
     
Beverage  
In our wine list, you will find a selection of wines from all corners of the world, handpicked to suit the chef's fancy. For those who prefer beer, we have some twenty kinds to choose from.
In our bar, there is, except for the ordinary choice of fermented and unfermented beverages, also an extensive special selection of single-malt whiskey, brandy, calvados, grappa, marc and fruit liquor.
To accompany these drinks, many choose to try some of our self-imported Havana cigars.
